Default Decisons, Decisions..........

We currently have 3 vehicles in our household. One Toyota Sienna, a Range Rover Sport Supercharged, and a Honda Accord with 127,000 miles. We would have purchased the M5 over the Rover, but my mother doesn't like BMW's.

Well anyways, I convinced my father into considering a car where we both can have fun in. Don't get me wrong, the Range Rover is an awesome car, it has plenty of torque and very fast for a SUV, but we are looking for a two door vehicle. I like Japanese cars, but we have been driving them for years and would like a change.

I have agreed to make payments on the car (at my own discretion).

Choices.

Mini Cooper S
s2000
Volkswagen GTI

anything else I should consider?

At least get a car where the roof comes off! So, to add to your funlist, I would say...

- Lotus Elise
- BMW Z4 3.0 or Z4M
- Mercedes SLK320 or 55AMG
- Mazda MX5 2.0
- Porsche Boxster or Boxster S

P.S. I love your RRS, which colour do you have? Your sig shows you already own a S2000 MY06

It's White. Very fast car, and quick throttle response.

At first we considered black, but we are so glad we chose white. It looks alot better, and stand out more.

Lotus Elise- Front end looks funky. Rear is good. My dad told me about one crashing right in front of him. Something about the rear lost control and slamming into a pole.

Z4- Don't like

My dad hates Mercedes (LOL, we have owned quite a few in the past and have nothing but problems, problems, and problems.)

The s2000 is so damn nice! It is such an unique car that you don't see too often (at least where I live where I mostly see Mb, Porsche and BMW's)

BTW: I want to keep it under 38k.

out of your list, i would have to say the s2k, by far compared to the other two. i've told this to so many people that want to buy s2000's..."you will not regret the purchase!" its a well built car, and a test drive should seal the deal.

oh, and do you already own an S? in your avatar it says you have an 06 or is that what you WANT to get?

The GTI and Mini Cooper S shouldn't even be on the list if you have 3 of those other cars already! The S2K would be the most fun.
