Default Can't wait to meet her!

Hello ! I'm Courtney
Just bought my first S2000 a few days ago, and figured I should introduce myself!
Right now, I have a 2005 Acura TL which is the typical DD, and also drive a '67 mustang that my father and I built when I was in high school.
Have been looking at getting into something a little different from those two, and decided the S and I are meant to be. Looked all over the country for a stock one with low miles, wasn't in a hurry to rush into something. Found one last week in Arkansas, which works out because I have some family there and will be out there over Christmas, so I had them go check it out. I was told that she was absolutely flawless, so I sent the check! Now the wait until I go pick her up on the 22nd begins! Could have shipped her, but it would've only gotten here a week earlier, and having her shipped on a closed trailer (because I'm picky) wasn't cheap.
Needless to say, I can't wait to meet her!
She's a MY2005 Silverstone/black with only 17k miles
Can't decide what to do first! Lip, exhaust, lowered, hardtop?! (Wheels will already be black)

Will have more pics soon!

Seats look like they are in really good shape. Do you have a 3 car garage? LOL

Yes, I noticed that as well. But it is all the way down in other pics I have.
Thanks for looking out for me

This is what I'm most nervous about. I've done this drive before in January in a tahoe in less than ideal weather conditions. Snow/rain/ice. Saw cars overestimate themselves and ended up on the side of the road, wrapped around trees, and in ditches :/ If the weather sucks, I'll just hold off on the drive home!

The seats and interior were really important to me, and was willing to pay a little more for one based on interior alone.
And yes, the s2k will never spend the night outside !

Really nice car. I say do lip and exhaust first. Or lip and get an intake. I love the sound of just an intake.

Thing is, I can't make up my mind which lip I want either. OEM, something carbon fiber, etc. Or OEM with a cf splitter ?!

You might want to do something about the radio if you have the OEM one. That's an oldie. Some people have taped the front of their cars with the painter's tape (usually blue) for a drive home.

I just did the 1350 mile drive home in a 2006 S2k two days ago. I was really nervous about the tires being made for warmer weather, and the possibility of a deer getting in the way and wrecking the car. I just drove slow (about 80) and although the tires were rated for summer driving, they never had a problem even at a low temp of 31 degrees. That car looks sweet, congrats! I plan on changing the stereo out since the stock one is not good enough for top down driving. I don't think the car needs to be lowered personally, but a new front lip and an intake / exhaust are fun ideas.

It is going to be a very merry Christmas at your house this year.
