to introduce.... myself.

welp where to start. i had a 2005 ss cobalt. it was fun. i turboed it. it was more fun. got tired of it and all my friends are "hontards" as i call them started rubbing off on me. drove my roommates s2k enough to really fall in love with the chassis, and when i got offered 3k over book on my cobalt i sold it. interestingly enough, one of my other friends with an s2k told me about a guy he knew selling one for $8500... with a legit spoon hardtop. went and looked at it 2 days later, bought it the following sunday. needless to say it needed some work, but hopefully its all done after the next 2 days. short list of what ive had to do

1.replace front core support, radiator, a/c condensor, and numerous little pieces due to the previous owner wrecking it
2. finish setting up the hardtop
3. replace starter
4. replace 4 coilpacks
5. replace knock sensor
6. fixed bent rpf1
7. put windshield in
8. replace passenger fender, hood, front bumper, rear bumper, and passenger headlight
9. clean glass out of every crevice possible
10. replace headgasket and warped head

SO, this has been a busy week and a half, but ill get some finalized pics up shortly. here is the car on the way home, and some pics of the 400hp cobalt i sold for 11k

I'm not a Honda guy by any means because I don't even own one at the moment, but couldn't you come up with something better than "Hontard?"

Anyway, GL with the S. I would check the fitment on that Spoon replica.

the top was not bolted down in the picture. which is why i said "2. finish setting up the hardtop."

as far as the hontard remark, it was just a sarcastic name i called a few of them buy because they had(have) some fanboyish tendencies. either way, im a proud owner of two now (although one is just a beater haha).

welcome to the honda family. good luck leaving lol. I Just recently got my first S, I usually lose interest in a car after the first 2 weeks. But this car, I can't stay out of it.

just caught part of this... it is not a spoon replica. it has the spoon plate, and has been modified by bulletproof, who only does real spoon tops best i can tell...

More pictures. You have not shown the interior parts and other angles of the car.
