Im 25 and been working in my career for almost 2 years already and been driving the same car I have since highschool, a 99 integra LS. Finally after months of browsing the autotrader and yahoo cars, I found the one. Just bought an 2005 Berlinda Black S2000. It has an all black leather interior and is all stock....for now. Before I purchased the vehicle, I went to the bank of "mom and dad." I told them I wanted a new used car. They gave 3K for the down payment. They said it was the last big financial gift I will ever recieve from them! They didnt even know what kind of car I was getting btw. At the dealership, I gave them 2K instead of the 3K that my parents gave me...(eviL). Was going to use the extra thousand to get it dropped and get the windows tinted..... Finally after all the bull$#!T at the dealership, I took it home to my parents house. Mind you my parents did not know what kind of car I was getting, only knowing that I was going to a used car dealership. My dad came out, eyes wide open...and said " Omg, you crazy boy!" with a laughter and smile. They were expecting a Civic. My mother later came out, and she was dissapointed. She didnt like the car one bit, and felt like I was going to speed and kill myself with it. She told me to bring it back and get a Civic or Accord. So I knew what I had to do. I told me mom to get in the car with me. I drove around with her with top down. This is the first time she ever been in a convertable too. I redline all the way to 4th gear changing gears only when it hit 8000RPMs, reaching almost 95 mph. My moms reaction was priceless. The whole time she was yelling and saying " Watch out!!! POLICE!!", even though there was none. Hahaha. In the end, it was too little too late and I was extremely happy with car, been driving it for about a week already and picked up many friends and let a few drive it also. I LOVE THIS CAR! No regrets. Paying $320 a month and $120 insurance.
