8200 miles on it, looks in perfect condit. what would you pay?

$25K-$26K if it's from a dealer, $24K-$25K if it's from a private party.

it is 8600 miles which is not impressive at all for 2006.

What would you guys pay for a 2005 with 15,600 miles? The guy is asking $23,9000.

Private party seems to be $22.5K to $23.5K, so I'd probably offer him $23K. His current price is pretty good, but I'm sure you can lower him a bit.
