honestly i think what's gonna make the race will be the VTEC engagement. paul will probably pull away @ 4000 if its from a dig.

but.... only one way to know for sure

Just be ready...I have a couple months practice with the whole redline guessing..My shifts are clean now while you guys are still trying to feel the sweet spot

Shux, I might as well slap on some bigger piping while I'm at it.

Considering my engagement is at @ 3800

3800 vtec engagement, 8500 redline=sweetness

Random thought I had... possibly someone with some electrical knowhow could chime in.

Since the CR has a peak power indicator that blinks at 7000 and stays constant at 7800, is there a way to rewire it to blink at 8000 and stay constant at say... 8300 ? Then I could change my redline to 8500 and have a shift light

Just set your vtec to 1500 rpms and youll have vtec ALL the time, mad jdm vtec.....
