Default headlight help please

im currently mulderizing my headlights today, and while im waiting for the paint to dry, i was wondering whats the best way to clean the inside and outside of the clear lens?

please and thanks. will be posting picks after i am done.

clean or polish?

clean, just wipe it like any other plastic

polish, paint polish or plastic polish

and always your a microfiber towel.

my lens are very cloudy, polishing will clean them up right?

I use 3M (I think its) microfinishing compound on hard jobs and then this on light jobs.. http://www.superiorcarcare.net/lexsprayvin.html
