Default Got pulled over

Ok I was coming home from my sisters house in Butterfield in Chino Hills. Chill night, nothing can go wrong. Driving on Grand doing about 60mph on Grand in a 50mph speed limit zone. Turn right on on to my street and saw red and blue lights . Then officer walked up looking at my car asking where are my license plate. I told him NEW CAR then he took my drivers license. CLEAN RECORD LOL. . Also he didnt get me on radar so really he couldnt really give me a ticket. soo the officer just said drive slower and I got away with out a ticket.

Not true, he can still give you a ticket if he can estimate how fast you were going by his "training and experience". If it was a city cop, he was probably just searching for people on probation/parole or warrants. He used the no license plates as PC (Probable Cause) to pull you over.
Yeah he could use his training but he would have to use a mark to estimate his speed like a light pole. So all he would have to do is fight his calculations. I am sure you know all the rules though but see what i am saying.

You are correct, and that ticket would be easy to fight....
