Well, you know I cant go on a friday either, gotta work. If its a Wednesday lunch, it would be much easier for me.

i think it's best to just set up like a small little night meet... ice cream, coffee, weiner... if it's in the evening, it might work a bit better, since those that have work throughout the day, can't complain the meets don't meet their time slots. something small... and let's start from there again Bill. my .02

Good thought Andy. I don't want to put pressure on you or anything, but, do you wanna head this one then? Just set something up Friday evening. I would do it but I work Friday evening.

hmm... i won't be able to make this friday evening if i set it up... let's try for a mid week next week evening timeslot at a location TBD then. I'm sure then people would want to come and join, minus the UCR folks who have finals.
