Yeah.... keep telling yourself that if it helps you sleep.
I found out recently that my 2001 Explorer Sport, that I bought brand new with 5 miles on it, is not all that I thought it to be. The power seat stopped working just after I left the island, and I was the last to drive it, so now my wife can't get the seat forward for her to drive (I'm 6'2" and she's like 5'5"). She has to use her tip toes on the pedals.
However, what really pisses me off is that I paid for the factory option power moon roof, only to find out (after it stopped working) that it's not factory, but a cheap Pep-Boys mickey mouse rig they passed off as factory.
Regarding the roof, any idea of who to talk to about being defrauded by a "Blue Oval" Ford dealership?

Hmmm...look who paid for and released the results of this "poll"
Automotive Retailing Today (ART), a coalition of all major automobile manufacturers and dealer organizations, works to narrow the gap between perception and reality of today's franchised automobile dealers among the media and consumers. Another goal of ART is to promote a better understanding of dealer sales and service business practices, career opportunities, and contributions to the community.
