so i want you all ( that are into fitness and think that you are in shape ) to check out this website first and then get with me about setting up a time and date to get in some good gym time to further enhance your training and abilities all around
i have attended the week long class that shows you the basics on crossfit and how it is more beneficial than any other workout regimen that you may be working on in the gym or whatever that you do when you do workout...i can guarantee you that these workouts will break you off and make you realize and understand that you do not put all your muscle groups to the fullest extent that is possible...after going through this program i felt pain (good) in areas that i didnt even know that i had muscles in
for all of you serious and and non-serious (but want to better yourself physically and mentally) gymaholics we should set up something maybe a week long course for starters
i go back on monday for my final exam and i will talk to bryant (on the website) and see if he can set something up for us before i go to NTC february 20th...its not going to be free i can tell you that right now but the money going into it is worth it...if its not too much i may even front the bill...i will update this post come monday night tuesday morning
either PM me if you are interested or reply in this thread...once again, this is an outstanding workout regimen and i am sure that bryant can work a good schedule for us for those who have either odd work hours or normal work hours
