aw that sucks man, nothing on sat.... im probably gonna go down at 9am on sunday.
the way the course was set up before there was the sweeper to worry about, this last auto x they set up the cones starting way back near the time slip shack, down thru the chicane, thru the offcamber, and ending right before the sweeper.
i felt pretty safe, and im new to racing my S as well.
i use to track my civic for lapping days, and have to say the S2000 is way more fun to drive
if you dont feel comfortable, drive at 6th's and not at 10/10th's.
maybe one day when u dont work u can come check it out.

While you do need a helmet for the autox, they will loan you one if you do not have your own (at least that used to be the case).
I wish I still lived in Hawaii to attend the monthly autox's. Colin, I bet I could give a good run for your money at points champion in A stock!!
I think the S2000 would be great at HRC as it has the right combination of handling and power!
Colin, at the next auto X please tell Collyer that David McDowell says hello!! Have fun!!

I wish I could go out and participate in autox at HRP but they moved it from Sat to Sunday which is when I and some of us work.
Working on Sundays is so un-American, and autox-ing @ HRP isn't what it used to be before moving there.
Oh well... there's always beer and sports!
