OK, I joined allofmp3.com last night. They let you choose a "deposit" amount in $5 increments starting from $10. Their prices seem to reflect the file size for each individual song. This means they range in price, but most are .10-.17 cents (at 192 size). You can shoose your file size 128, 192, or 300, and your prefered file format.

Once you've registered, you can preview the WHOLE album. Kinda neat since I can just stream the file and let it play in the background while I'm working (posting here).
