Hawaii s2k owners. I'm having a little problem with finding an end place for the rally. It seems that Sunday is a good day for most people, but graduation party time is here in the islands, so, the months of May and June are not good months to plan a gathering.
I'll keep looking for a place unless someone has a place to meet.

Here's a suggestion. We could go to Hawaii Raceway Park this coming Sunday May 1, 2005 and watch McCurry or maybe you might want to check out the SCCA autocross scene. There are a few other S2K's that run out there, sorry I don't know your names although I did meet Kyle with a Cusco roll bar on his S2K. Oh, also Jimmy...by the way anyone seen or heard from him?
To watch is Free, you just have to sign a SCCA wavier upon entry on to Hawaii Raceway Park property.
The SCCA autocross venue is a safe place to test your limits and your vehicle's limits. Closed toe shoes, Helmet, seatbelt and passing tech inspection along with a small fee required if you want to drive on the course. More info at (www.sccahawaii.org). Maybe we can get Colin Sato out to help out in giving tips to new autocrossers. Colin?
I don't know what time McCurry is suppose to run. Hope he reads this post and informs us of his approximate start time, so we can cheer him on.
Any other S2K owner's going to run. Post your start time, so we can show our support.

marc2 and hawkdog will be running first heat, which means registration at 8 a.m. and first car should start by 10 a.m. I'm running the 4th heat, which probably won't start until about 2 p.m. depending on how smoothly the day is going.
@angel: are you living at 1 Archer Lane?

Just a though into the future.
when the superferry arrives, we can cruise the other islands too!!
wouldn't that be a cool afternoon?
we could finish at one of the fancy resorts for lunch.
