The salesmen at Tony asked me not to go into VTEC on the test drive. I was impressed. I don't know if all the other salesmen would do this though. I was lucky to get my Si straight off the boat before anyone test drove it.
Looks like my timeline to buy has been extended a little further. I'm willing to wait until I find a gem. Thanks for all the input guys. Maybe if I'm lucky, Tony will gimme a deal on those white ones. Nobody seems to like the tan leather interior. I admit, its not my favorite color combo, but if they will knock it down to $31k out the door, I'll write my check out.

yea i was lucky too, i was already talking with the manager person at windward before the mine came in off the boat. so i actually picked it up the day after it came in from hehe!

i got mine bout 2 months ago for 28k. only 3500 miles on it and a hardtop included.
got a flat yesterday with nail goin through the side wall though...scratched the rim up nasty

My cousin use to work as a sales at pfluger honda 1 1/2 ago and he told me that because of the high demand, all s2ks are marked up $3000 -$5000 and they won't bring it down too much.
I got mines for $25K from Kev with the Htop and the comptech coilovers. Thanks kev.

Each dealer has 3-6 of them just sitting around. I'll wait for a good price. I'm not paying more than MSRP for a car, Never have, never will. I like the S, but I don't want to pay that much for it.
I had a chance at a type R, and they wanted 5k over MSRP. Maybe I should have considered that one, but I didn't know what it was at the time.
