Default What autocross looks like (video)

I found this video posted over at the SCCA forum on speed hawaii. It shows a Miata running on an autocross track. This setup will probably be like the one that will be used at the Test N' Tune day on May 31st. As you can see, autocross is one car at a time in a controlled session and not designed to be a high speed event. This video is 29 megs to dialup users beware

Wow! That looks like a lot of fun! It's too bad I sold my S, and I have too many miles to go before my new car is broken in.

I offer myself in a gesture of total unselfishness to help break your car in with the least amount of time.

Hehe, believe me, many had already made that offer! But, I do want to break it in right this time. I think I should have waited 1000 - 1500 instead of 600 miles on my S, but that's history.

I did that already for everyone... I squashed, clipped, flipped, tossed, hit, slammed and dragged a cone under my car all the way around HRP. (nah, I only did the first and last one)

I think I wouldn't hit them if they were "exploding" cones, then I'm almost sure I wouldn't hit them.

Let's just hope Curtis doesn't figure that one out.
