Went with SSR type C's (gloss black) insead...I got a really good deal....
Today when I was at Eurosport a red S2000 was getting the Tein suspension installed. I talked with the guy and he said he just bought the car from Colin and that he would try and make it to Diamond head this weekend to meet up with us. Also I was actually in the process of ordering the Spoon flat black rims but opted to go with the black SSR type Cs. I went with a staggered recommended S2000 setup by SSR.
I went with the 16x7 +48 offset front rims and 16x8 +48 rear setup. That was the setup SSR recommended for the S2000. The fronts were in stock but they have to special order the rears because I guess black is a special order color only and they didnt have them in stock. Another plus was that I can use the stock S02 tires with the SSR's. So I really made out on the setup. Eurosport told me my rims should be in by Friday. So I am taking off my C2s and selling them. I am going to run my stocks till Friday.
On a side note I wanted to say hello to the fellow S2000 owners on Maui. I was there today and saw a black one driving right behind us on our way to the airport.
See you guys this weekend.

I went back to Eurosport today and they told me 10 working days. So hopefully by next weekend I may have them. I will post pics as soon as I get them. The car show is in about 3 weeks. So I may just wait till then and take pics.

I saw those SSR's hanging on the wall at Eurosport. They look sweet
The offsets are still wrong though. They'll fit, but as slammed as your ride is you may get rubbing. Probably no more than you've already had with your past rims though.
The stock offsets are +55 front/ +65 rear (16X6.5JJ / 16X7.5JJ)

It should fit. We actually were looking at an SSR catalog and they had the specific offsets for the S2000. Plus I have seen them on an S2000 in Japan and the S2000 was as low as mine so hopefully it should work. I mean the Racing Hart C2s were +45 all around and they tucked fine.
Hopefully it works.

I finally got my rims installed yesturday. They look very nice. I am waiting still on my lug nuts. I ordered black and blue lugs. The offsets worked with the drop I have on my car. I didnt have to raise it at all. So Steve I guess the offsets just barely worked. LOL. I may get rubbing if I hit a huge pot hole. I will take pics next week.

Hey guys, I just saw the Chri's rims today and let me tell you they really complete the look of his car. With the carbon fiber hood and now the black rims with the JDM lights they really look great together!!! Dont forget me Chris when you dont want the stuff on your car!
