Plan a day to go snorkeling at Hanauma Bay on the east side of Oahu. Check out the Polynesian Cultural Center on the North side of the island (plan on a day). You can go to the Bishop Museum in Kalihi. There's the Waikiki Aquarium (in Waikiki! ).
See if there are any Luau's (dinner) at some of the major hotels in Waikiki (that's the touristy thing to do). Otherwise, lie on the beach and soak up the sun (the local thing to do). Be warned, get some sun lotion or you WILL burn.
I'm positive Stephen will chime in with his night time activities, since he's the stud, who just happens to be married.
You can also search this forum for other suggestions that have already been mentioned in the past (hint, search for "vacation Hawaii" only in the Hawaii forum).
Colin, yes, you need a visitor's FAQ. It would help to solve repeated, and we get them a lot, questions on what to do in Hawaii.
