you dont need a tapped oil pan, what you can do is get a fitting that attaches to you oil drain plug and the open end attach to your oil drain line. go to hydra air next to the air port. they have all the fittings you can think of.

I've heard bad things about using the drain hole for drain purposes. I would rather play it safe and have the hole as high as it can possibly go. I know a lot of people tap the girdle but this is just to complicated for me lol. I think I will just stick with tapping the pan, by the way does anybody know a thread that shows exactly what to do when tapping the pan, along with good pictures? I spent about an hour searching all over the net along with s2ki but nothing really came across as accurate.

Nice! Didn't see these... I know this may sound stupid but when you tap the pan and screw in the fitting, it creates these threads on the inside right? or did he just thread it?
