Travelog video for Hawaii visitors
...what to see and do when they visit Oahu, Stephen and I would like to suggest an idea for a fun meet/cruise.
We'll create Teams like "Team Rice" ,"Team Stock", "Team Vintage", "Team Girlie" etc. and assign each team a number of sites to see. The number of teams will depend on the number of people coming out. We arm everyone with a Mini-DV camera and let them go. With this method we'll cover the whole island in a day with time to spare for a BBQ at the end.
No date or time has been set, we want to see who would like to join in and also get a head count of who has a DV camcorder. I think just about everyone has a digital still camera, and we'd like to have as many of these along for the ride as possible.
I'm pictureing a dozen or more S2000s cruising the island seening all the great sites we have here! S2000s + Top Down Motoring + Hawaii = Jealous mainlanders
I have a Sony HC-85 and a JVC GRDP-7U. I know Hyper-X and rstark both have Sony HC-40s, anyone else? I'll handle the video editing at the end so who's in?

Sounds like a great idea! But, I don't think you can bring cameras to some of the "sight seeing" places Stephen goes to....
