it says jim from tirerack cannot recieve pm's... :-(

i just need to change my rears for now.. my fronts have pleanty of meat left for a while.. but will m car change in handling in any way?
my fronts r 205/45/17 with 235/40/ in the rears.. i wanted to raise sizes all around but u guys think it'll be ok if i run a 205 245 for now?

pm box is probably full. just call him up. he answers right away.
you can run 205/245 for now but i say upgrade to 215/245 ap2 spec.
ask jim what he recommends

ap2 spec seemed pretty conservative to me...
if u can imagine my front u think i can squeeze in 225/245?

with your fender rolled you can run 225/255 if you want

aren't your wheels ap2 spec offset anyways?

if you want to run a more agressive tyre, try and get more agressive wheels. like a 9 all around or step it up a notch, 9.5 all around.

i guess they're sorta ap2 spec offset... +50 front +48 rears. I still never got fenders rolled yet tho...
that was my original intentions to run the 255's in the rear too!

yea see my wheels 17x9.0 +45 offset 255/40/R17 all around in a non staggered set up...i will definitely have to roll fronts and possibly camber and pull the rears if i drop like 2.0"
