probably set the compression way high on the 3.6. I didn't see on SOS where they said the redline was raised. or could be raised. I did see so so so many juicy parts though. just with a header the NA1 pushes 100 more HP to the wheels than the S2000!

the s2k's of the new group seems more tame and less modded overall than the previous group..
of course, there are those silent ones that keep their s2ks at home and never come out haha.
and yes, dan's nsx was a riot to ride in...next friday, the race will go down (haha maybe)..

Oh yea definitely....its a no brainer if I had to choose between the headers or a 3.8 liter upgrade I'll definitely take the upgrade. No matter how great the headers are they'll never give me anywhere close to an extra 100 hp. Plus I already have Comptech Headers on my car anyways, the inconel's advantage would be the weight reduction (15lbs at best?) which I can actually get by simply removing the carpet in my car.

inconel headders will be heavier than the comptech ones you have. it has a much higher nickel content than stainless makiing it much heavier.
According to the website the Inconel headers are the lightest headers available on the market.

if you look at the physical properties of inconel it is heavier than stainless. and plus inconel is used for times when prolonged high heat resistance and creep resistance is needed. inconel keeps its strengh even when glowing red

maybe they only made a header equal in strength to the stainless one. whereby they use less inconel, due to it's greater strength, and as a result, it is lighter???
