I don't know who has been before but I just came back from Kaua'i and I'm telling you we should just all move there.. the road conditions are amazing, not to mention there are roads that make Tantalus seem like a driveway in length. I must have found 60 miles of insane curvy roads with no intersecting streets, stop lights/signs, cops.. nothing.. and that was in two days time.. plus the cops are CHILL over there.... matter of fact, check out this police station in Kapa'a
That's pretty chill.

Moanalua Road, Ewa bound. In the morning 0600 to 0630 they might be there later but this is just the time I pass by.
1. Sometimes along the media or the curbside around the last left sweeper corner before the straight away to the Ala Kapuna overpass.
2. Sometimes just pass the Ala Kapuna overpass. Solo bike parked at the end of the On Ramp leading down from the Ala Kapuna overpass.
3. Other times, on the bottom of the hill after the H-3, Kaneohe exit ramp.
