and use tiny tiny tie wire, or black tie straps to reattach it.
if you do it as far back as possible im sure u can get away with out it being noticable at all

I'll have to look closer to see how many are broken. I suspect I'll be cable tying as suggested. What are the tricks to removing the bumper? I know about the bracket on the top with the 5-6 screws through it. What about the fender liner area or under the car?

If you go to Ricks web site, go to his installation section for the diffuser. There you will see the proper way to take off the the bumper. http://www.ricks2k.com/info/instructions/diffuser.pdf Hope he dont mind me using this as ref.
