Do you know how many are broken or you havent looked yet? Or is it broken on the grill or bumper?

Well damn, I was afraid of that. I think the little pin thingies are broken. Do you think there is a way to "jury-rig" it to keep it in there? Shiet, we've got over 3 1/2 years to go on this lease!
Drill tiny holes along the back of the grill and bumper, where u cant see them
and use tiny tiny tie wire, or black tie straps to reattach it.

if you do it as far back as possible im sure u can get away with out it being noticable at all

I'll have to look closer to see how many are broken. I suspect I'll be cable tying as suggested. What are the tricks to removing the bumper? I know about the bracket on the top with the 5-6 screws through it. What about the fender liner area or under the car?

If you go to Ricks web site, go to his installation section for the diffuser. There you will see the proper way to take off the the bumper. http://www.ricks2k.com/info/instructions/diffuser.pdf Hope he dont mind me using this as ref.

Wow, Fran's having bad luck with the S2000 (including past one). I would investigate on using epoxy or JB Weld to hold it together. If you use JB Weld, that thing will NEVER come off.
