contrary to popular belief, the size and weight of the knob DOES make a difference!!

well the inside of the titanium knob is hollow so Spoon had to weld the part that screws the knob on to the shifter. heres a picand heres a pic of it broken

honestly its a good shift knob. i think i just got an old version of it. i heard they came out with a second version which was supposedly stronger than the one that i had. The only thing that comes close in feel is the Spoon duracon in my opinion.

I like the duracon, but i dont like the 5speed shift pattern on the sticker =(

Well, got the Voodoo knob in the mail in 2 Working Days! Awesome finish. Initial reaction is that it feels very, very good. But not when the transmission cold. Mine's a bit notchy when cold so the the knob just makes this worst because the lost of leverage. I'll try it for a little while before deciding if it's a keeper.

This is an aluminum satin-finished knob. There were other finishes, but I couldn't choose some of them in the drop-down menu during ordering. Also, engraving -- including the shift pattern is an extra $40 or so!
