safety check stickers?
Most times, I see safety stickets on the rear bumpers or next to license. But, sometimes, I see a safety sticker on a tab that is hanging off of the car; the sticker doesn't actually touch any part of the car.
Usually, I go to Sears for my safety inspection. Do you think Sears will give you the option of putting the sticker on a tab, or should I go somewhere else?

as long as you let them know you have the metal tab and give it to them beforehand, they should put it on the tab and then screw it to your bumper

just a heads up, the vehicle safety inspection stickers are supposed to be affixed to the rear bumper, on the right lower area. most places will grant the request that the stickers go on a safety check inspection decal bracket, but, they may tell you that you have to mount it on the right side under the bumper. and yes, i know, people put them where ever they want to, but figured i'd just let fellow S2K members know.
