damn I need to get on it too! If I get recon w/o rims then decide to put some on later will I get tagged for it? since rims are no longer part of recon?

No License plate requirement but it needs to be on and mounted properly (no zip ties) and for Rim they will document tire size only so as long as you have same size tires it makes no difference on which rims you run but I'm sure cops won't really hassle you and just make sure your actually 22 (I did 23 to be safe ) and I almost failed due to suspension not flexing so if you have to adjust height don't adjust by raising perches because that affects preload and gives a stiffer feel

24-25 inches middle of headlight had to put back all my stock parts lighting what a pain but worth it ^_^
