sorry, but none of the reasons listed are strong enough to warrant you selling your car. lets take a look:
1. My girlfriend thinks I drive too recklessly and it's just a question of time....
Who's car is it? Yours right? That entitles you to drive it however you damn well please.
2. I could spend the extra $ more wisely (on her?)
What's more practical, a car or some jewelry and ridiculously overpriced handbags?
3. It's just too flashy for a geologist...
All the more reason for you to own such a car. Don't live the stereotype of being a boring geologist. Break the mold.
4. Who needs two cars in Honolulu anyway?
I do. Can't take the S to the beach. That's where the beater comes in.
5. There's not enough room for shopping...
Stop shopping at Costco. You can't possibly need that much food at once.
I know you don't really want to sell so I'm trying to help you out here.

Reasons not to sell huh...
I use mine as a daily driver... most of the week you don't need to carry more than one person. it's pretty cheap on gas, if you take it easy.

i bought my s BECAUSE i broke up with my GF. i had bought her an infiniti i30t and even tho it was real nice it just didn't give me thrills like the s or the GF for that matter. so i traded it in and got he s.
anyway, then you just explain that the S receives your affection and it's better than directing that
to another woman!!

oh thats prolly why she wants you to get rid of it, cause the S gets more attention than her!! as well it should. the S can't wash itself, or maintain itself!! sheesh!
