They ripped the top and got in that way then tried to wire up the car to start it that way (I think they forgot that we have a red start button). I can't recall all of the details but it's too fishy to have the car stolen from a secure building without having someone actually living inside the same building to know when and where the car was parked.

did they find the car yet? its been a few days and usually cars show up. that sucks man. thats really ed up that they stole your car. and you only had it for a short time too. did any video cameras at ala moana catch the car on film, to see if the car was driven or towed away? something seems kinda fishy to me. well i hope they recover the car in good condition, if not the S2200 sounds like a good option.

UPDATE.
looks like the cops found my car this morning. it was totally stripped in kalihi. going down now to see whats left of it. ill post pictures when i get back.
