That bumper has been nothing less than a piece of sh*t. Its totalled and I am now debating if I am going to part the car out and sell it or again buy yet another bumper. Adjuster sees it today.

Well a 30 pound piece of steel hit my car while I was traveling 55 mph on H1 yesturday. Anyway it smashed up my bumper pretty bad to the point were I just ordered a new one. Anyway the new one should be on my car around the 25th of April. Thats what King told me today.

Not a dime. Its all out of my own pocket. I still am very upset but I still have my wonderful gf and my health. Yeah $3000 is a big hit but life goes on. I am getting over it already because I have a new one coming and this is just another very small stepping stone in life.

I could have sworn if you file a claim with Dept of Transportation they will send you a form and you can fill it out for a claim. if there was crap on the road.

Call the DOT and tell them that there was some crap on the road and that it hit your bumper and they should mail you a form or point you to a web site to download a form to file a claim.
