It should, but the replacement parts (esp. the covers) fron Honda are inferior in quality to the originals.

Yeah, I've never heard that before. Seriously though, if my seats were stolen I'd have insurance give me the money and go by CF seats from Bride or Spoon and still save me about $4k.

I've read here several times that there are NO replacement seats for the S2000.
If you need to replace the seats, you have to order each part of the seat individually, which is over 40 pieces for each seat. Then the pieces have to be assembled by the dealer.
Many owners who have ordered the stock replacement seats have posted that the fit and finish of the reconstructed replacements are inferior to the originals, especially with regard to the leather covers.
I was in a pretty bad accident in my S2000, and it's in the shop right now. The estimate is 3 pages long, and will cost over $7,000.
This poor guy's repair bill is TWICE AS MUCH as mine!
WTF was Honda thinking to put $9,000 seats in a convertible? They'll get no thanks from me! You know how many people have their seats stolen, right?
Even if they gave us Recaro seats that cost $1,000 each, they could have done great things for our cars with that extra $7,000!!!

I haven't had my seats stolen from the S2000, but if it doesn't come completely assembled from the factory, I can believe that the finish may not be as good as it is when it's brand new.
When my S got broken into, I had to replace the plastic housing around my steering column and also the left plastic fenderwell. Neither ended up being a perfect fitment. Admittedly, nobody would notice the slight gaps that resulted unless they were told to look for it, but I know about it.
