found this bird after it put up a stink in my garage.


after some neck breaking surgery i got him out!

Red Vented Bulbul, no lost. its a pest bird, the state is trying to eradicate them.

This bird was brought into the state as a pet, from Pakistan, escaped, flourished to establish large flocks and destories crops and orchids. So far only found on the island of Oahu. They hope it did not make it to any of the other islands where it can cause major Ag damage.

Seems like every type of animal or plant is a danger to the island natural inhabitant or agriculture, or is this just me ??
