do they still make you put on RECON stickers for modified cars?

is it true if you get caught speeding over 80 mph it is a felony? i read it on some news website.

any info would be much mahalo,

i dunno they always say shit like that
and they say they passing laws that will allow them to take away your car
but i read in the HRS and they already have statutes that give them the authority to do that.
but usually people just get a slap on the wrist. its pretty lame. i seen people that got busted for RACING and RECKLESS not just speeding and they only had a $500 fine. I thought they were gonna go jail for sure.

lame

Thats why if a cop"O" is gonna pull you over, you better off trying to out run him................. Well if you are on a bike it is a whole lot easier to do that........... That way you can say at least I tried........... mama said never to just give up...........

It's not law yet. They are pushing for it sometime first quarter of next year to make it law. You will get jail time or community service. Right now you just get a ticket and go to court for 30 over.

It's been over 10 years since I've had to deal with Recon. Has it changed or gotten easier?

I remeber it as an agonizing experience of standing in line, getting rejected, going back to the shop, go back, get rejected again for something else, rinse, lather, repeat.
