Stephen, try to swap back to stock ECU and drive around for a day or two, you will find out how i feel
I am going to meet my Sponsor and pick up part of my SC money in 2 hours, cant wait
Hyper-X, after the swapping, the car feels lack of torque, low end feels much weaker...

you can run Mugen ECU with stock cars, you shouldnt have any prob at all, I asked Scott about it and he said its perfectly fine...however you wont achieve the same result of running it with Mugen header+intake+exhaust.

I've been gone for 103 days now and I have about 20+ more days left. And then I can stop reading old a$$ post on s2ki. On one of my long 8 hour shift of doing nothing on the weekend I flipped all the way to page 23 the this forum where I found this old post where I read about this race that was supposed to happen against Stephen. I didn't see any results and wanted to know who won the battle's. Hey and maybe with stephens new MUGEN theme he might pull on everyone.

Whoa!! Talk about resurrecting a thread from the dead!
No doubt about it now.... I will rule ALL with the new paint scheme
I should break into the 13's now!!

I never raced Jimmy on the street, but I was consistently faster than him on the autocross until he started to do some power mods of his own (that cheating bastard, now I've got to cheat some more! j/k).
I did race another s2k owner once from a stop light and got a pretty big 1.5 car lead before we shut down. Though he had his girlfriend riding with him, I was alone, and I think I had a superior launch. It's hard to nail the launch just right unless you practice a lot.
The times that I ran at the quarter mile (only 2 runs), the first launch I stuck it perfectly and got a good launch. The second time, I revved a little too high and it gave me too much wheel spin. It made a .2 second difference on the time slip.
I don't do a whole lot of road racing, due to the increasing wisdom that comes with my age
If anything, it is just a burst of vtec where there is a lot of visibility and no other traffic.
I don't know if you looked at all of the old posts, but I think I also posted about running an older NSX from a 50 mph roll. Dead even to about 100 where he started to walk me. I've added a few things since then though. The advantage would have heavily favored me from a standing start. The aerodynamics really punish the s2k at higher speeds.
