nitro 1/10 scale

132 foot track
timing lights for rt.et.mph.
can run pro tree .4sec/.5 sec/brackets

it's fast (1.85 seconds@80mph+)
it's expensive (a chassis will run about $1000, a motor $600+, electronics, support equipment, etc)
and it's addicting and exciting.

there's a race this saturday night.

Hi Kent,

Thats a pretty good resuld out of 100 drivers! I used to race R/C back when the Aala Park skate ring was used as an oval.

BTW, you're getting pretty good with that camera! I did get that Understanding Exposure book, it is informative. Ended up picking up a mega zoom Sony H2. It has most of the manual controls I wanted at about 300. Knowing me, I'll probably end up with an SLR one day..... kinda like I have two video cameras and want a third HD model.

thanks colin. actually, in my division there was prolly about 65 drivers.

glad to see you got a camera with the manual controls. let's see some pics.
