I don't know what you mean by 'stronger', but the polyurethane will be flexible where the fiberglass would break or chip. Being a front lip, I would recommend the polyurethane, as there are always those unexpectedly high curbs to worry about.

I had amuse front lip, poly. It's worth more because you would crack the fiberglass much more easy. But the real amuse lip is fiberglass if you want the real deal.

I like them kind of pouty. I gotta say, I can't believe that Jon Voight and Steven Tylers huge lips would look so good on their daughters! Wait, this thread isn't about those kinds of lips.
