Fisherman's Warf maybe? I remember seeing some cars in magazines shot at that location. I've been meaning to take some shots and the Ward Theater parking structure but haven't got around to it yet. It's very well lit for a parking structure. What about like Don mentioned, top of Ala Moana? Perhaps the Sears side or by Pineapple Room? More ideas?

Any place that you can take a picture of without your car will work. Meaning, choose a location that has a nice background, is not too busy, nice color and well lit. Then place the car in front of it and you are gold. You don't want to detract attention from the car, so you want a mellow background. Such as say, an open road, or and empty parking lot or water in the background. You want something really neutral. Other than that, just take a bunch of pics and post them up.

Ala's, the problem with that is that you have to wait for xmas to past. Hence less people/cars in lot. Re: Racecarpete. You can do it that way, but I don't have any photoshop programs yet so I have to do them the old school way.

Use Gimp. It's the shit. It's the open source equivalent of photoshop. It's just as good if not better and there is a large community that backs it.

Gimp is free, hence open source, and it originated on Linux and mac and was ported over to Windows.
