I agree. Let's fight the good fight. As far as I'm concerned, there's still a lot of room for improvement in both, equipment and driver. It's been over a year and I've still not attempted to learn the techniques of heel-and-toeing and left foot braking.
The SM guys are getting a lot faster...

I better make Store Manager soon, or I'll go bankrupt!!

On the bright side, if that happens, there will be a lot of premier S2000 aftermarket parts available for sale at discounted prices!

I must get off the speed crack pipe

guys!

Good luck on that radical fitment! We in the PacNW got together and just bought a fender roller. It was $250 from eastwood.com Split up between us it was really cheap.

Works beautifully on the rears - the fronts need a bit different treatment (I have a bit of rubbing with lots of lock + bumps) The rubbing up front doesn't take place at the lip of the fender - it's more rubbing the fender liner.

Stephen, don't listen to Colin and Dan for that matter. Yes, you must roll your fenders, but you have to use Mugen authorized equipment or it just doesn't count.

okay guys...i just got off the phone with tire rack...

currently there is a 6 month waiting list for the haweka fender rolling tool...

we place an order for it, get charged 500 bucks for the tool and we have 3 days to use it, then return it back to tirerack...when they get it back, they credit the creditcard account the 500 bucks...

our only cost is shipping the tool both ways...initial shipping from tirerack to hawaii is 31 bucks...should be the same for return shipping...

i just emailed the fenderroller.com person, asking how much it'd cost for additional shipping to hawaii...will post up when i get a reply...

You guys rock!
Let's definitely have the fender rolling party then.
How does the Sunday after next (24th) sound to you all?
Who has the space to host this?
Thanks Barry and Jayson!

I hope my car is out of the shop by then...

also, we can do it at my place, in ewa, if no one else wants to host it...i got 4 6ton jack stands, a 2-1/4 as well as a 3 1/2 ton floor jacks, and rhino ramps for those with lowered cars...

oh, also got me a compressor and impact gun...no impact sockets though...i just use regular sockets...so if someone has a set...
