Sweet wheels, aren't they supposed to be light compared to other 19" wheels? Damn your S is so clean I can clearly see your 06+ Pilot too.

I'm going to weigh them soon (Maybe tonight) to see the weight difference between them and the stockers. I'm sure they'll be a lot more, but I'm curious to know exactly how much more. I think it'll be the tires that really make them weigh a lot.

It's fairly clean now. I need to order the pads for my porter cable machine and then she'll really shine.

i personally don't care for wheels that big. the ones in my sig are 18". but the biggest problem with 19" wheels is the brakes. they tend to look really tiny. the 19" wheels on nate's NFR looked well placed. looks good nonetheless

Not really. They're wider than stock, but less aggressive than the stock RE050s. It seems pretty similar. Suprisingly, I think they ride at least as good as the stockers, maybe even marginally better.

damn those look good! what's the offset on those? that's a lot of rubber to squeeze under the stock body work. i hope it doesn't rub when you lower the car.

It won't, they've already been mounted on a lowered S2000 without any fender work, and they didn't rub at all.

There were quite a few people wondering about the weight of these rims. So I wieghed them today and compared them to my AP2 V1 stockers.

stock:

Front 215/45/17 OEM RE050 ---- 39lbs

Rear 245/40/17 OEM RE050 ---- 45lbs

HREs:

Front 235/35/19 ContiSport Contact 3 ---- 43lbs

Rear 275/30/19 ContiSport Contact 3 ---- 49lbs
