You should have asked the rambling section (maybe I didn't see it). I'm running KW V3's, I'm slammed/scraping everywhere and I can still go lower. I'm hella functional still, but I running 225/255 so I rub on hard corners (ho nah ho no homo). Here's a pic with a CONSERVATIVE drop. I've gone much past this already and I still have plenty of room left.
Only picture I had an opportunity to work with that kind of shows you what a moderate drop w/ 17x9's +45 can do.

That pic was actually before I raised it about an inch. Much more sensible ride height now, lol. But to get the ride height even all around, seemed like I had to adjust the perches very differently at each corner. Also, the ride isn't as silky smooth as it was when it was slammed. But thanks for the pic Benihana, it's a good reference since I'm gonna be running a non staggered 17x9 +45 with 245/40 tires. Do you know your alignment specs by any chance? Just curious how much camber is needed in order to run a setup like that.

Off the top of my head, I ran -2.5r/-2.0f with as much caster as possible and minimal toe-in (I have the paper somewhere).
I'm going to be running -3.0r/-2.5f though since I want to change it up.
EDIT: Make sure you get a roll on the front and rear and relocate the bumper tab (optional).

Hopefully your upgrade translates into improved OA/PAX times this weekend.
What are the spring rates?
Btw, don't individually adjust coilovers (left to right) to get the ride height even. It would be ideal to cornerweight the car. You are better off making the perches equal left and right for each axle.
Trust me, it wasn't until a couple events ago that I realized that my suspension was all messed up because of this. Now my rear wheels don't lift as much.
