i'm looking for that thing..i dunno if its part of the soft top or what...
but its that plastic tray looking thing that is in the back on the inside of the car when you look in through the back window.
it covers the spare tire.
i'm having trouble even finding out what the hell its called.
i dont even see a parts listing for it. its not in the diagrams and stuff!!!
help!!

if you got on that i can buy please let me know! i really need one....

Its called the rear Tray. I dont know what the part number is.

does the car come stock with the soft top cover? the leather cover that covers the soft top when its down or is that an accessory?

that cover is vinyl, not leather and yes it comes with the car. ask the previous owner if they still have it stowed away someplace. hardly anyone uses that cover, but i like to use it for cruises since it protects the top and the car looks much cleaner.

I might have an extra one. My brother had a S long time ago and he sold the car without the cover, so it might be lying around my house somewhere. I can give it to you if you don't have one.

Yea the rear tray just covers up the spare tire. If you have a sub then I would leave the rear tray out. The bass is 10 times better with the rear tray out. People with Rollcages usually take this tray out.

if you take the tray out does anything scratch the window?
