Default need help

I need to change my lug nuts but i lost the key to my wheel locks.
I believe they are McGard locks because they look just like this.

anyone have a key i could try? or know a shop i could go to get it removed.(i dont care if it has to be broken off.)

any help would be great, thank you.

That happened to me before. Take it to any tire shop, and they can take it off.

there are only like 8 or 12 keys. i saw the case of keys at lexus. chances are that another one of us has a key...

i got mines hammered off at eurosports $5 each one x 20 locks :/ = $$$$$$$

go buy a socket called the "gator-grip". That will take it right off.

It's not hard to hammer it off yourself. Just get a deepsocket that is close to the outside diameter of the lock lug and hammer it on ( I used a 12 pt.). Make sure to hit the socket dead on beacuse if you hit it crooked you may deflect the hammer into the rim or cause the socket to sit off center with will make it difficult to thread off. Once the socket is about 3/4 off the way in you should be able to thread it off like you would a regular lug (start slow to insure solid contact). The socket will usually be much harder than the lug so you should be able to pound out the lug and move on to the next one.

This is not very difficult but if Eurosport will do it for $5 I would think of taking it there.

Good luck and if you do decide to do this be careful (safety first). I done this before but I can't guarantee it works everytime.

if you want i got the tools to take it off... but you'll need to drive to makakilo.. hahaha!! just let me know.. free of charge due to long drive.. >_<
