I wouldn't want a car that's been joyridden. It's too bad the theives didn't crash it or strip it; then your sister can claim a total loss and get a new car.

that's provided her insurance covers the theft. and you never get a NEW car, you might be able to get another car. or probably not that much money for an 8 year old civic. which would mean buying another used car that you don't know what the previous driver did to it.

either way it's a loss and some insurance policies won't cover certain non-stock items.

i hope everything turns out well.

and on another note, if someone buys my s. it will have been joyridden in. that's what i bought it for.

paid for 80% of it lol...but then again the car I'm in now is purdy old hahaha
