I built this out of a file cabinet, locker and a few other things I found laying around. I left the drawer sliders and welded them together at the ends. It has three racks, each I can take out and move the meat around, the bottom drawer is where I keep my coals, I have only used it a few times, but works great. The few times I used it I smoked the steak for about 5 hours, dry on the outside but moist on the inside. And yes I burned off all the paint inside befor using it. I think I went through about 7 pallets and 12 beers.
I am building a smaller one about half the size for when I only want to smoke a little ammount. When I am finished, I will try to post some pics...

Naaa,
I did this a few weeks ago, I was working on my little one today though. The reason I took a few days off is because I had my eyes dialated, they stayed dialated for 3 days. So back to work tomorrow.
