Sorry to hear about your loss Dan. Thats such a shame. I cant believe they actually broke into your house. Thats pretty low. We have stepped up security since I heard about this. I feel your pain. I had my integra stolen from my house too in San Diego about 10 years ago. It sucks. So whats the status with your payoff? You getting another STI or coming back over to the S2000 world or are you going to try something new? Good luck with whatever you decide..

The STi is a rather easy car to hotwire.. I have no idea why they didnt use a transponder system in their top model WRX.. if you don't have one they are avail aftermarket.. you can get them in cards that you have in your wallet, or a chip that sits on your keychain, etc..

Sup Chris. Well the insurance paid off my STi so I basically started over again. I lost like a few grand in mods and stuff though. I actually picked up an '03 E46 M3 with only 3400 miles. I'm lovin' it so far. I've also been talkin' with Dave from EFI and tryin' to join. Hope all is good in Cali.
