hey everyone! im planning to go back to hawaii within the next week, only if i can find a job before i get there or at least have a pretty positive lead, I understand that till i get there there aint no certainty. I sold BMW's and ducatis here in north carolina, i did call South seas cycles there unfortunately they have a full staff and have no need for any people don't suppose any of you forum members have any hookups with either car or motorcycle dealerships there. A little history on me i went to Hawaii back in 2003, stayed there 6 months and looking for a job, couldnt find one that i could support myself with so after the 6th month working at odd jobs i left went back to california after being in debt for a couple of months so now i have a little more money saved up and a little more savvy i figured id take another crack at making a life for myself in the land of aloha heres my qualifications by the way.

Leaving Cali for Hawaii? Heh the economy is sucking bad right now but i'll keep an eye out. I personally wouldnt move until I had a few really good leads. I'll talk to my GF's friends.

you should look on craigslist for jobs...might give you some leads before you come out

good luck manso. economy is really bad right now.

personally, i feel really fortunate to have my job. company has been slow for a two months and only a few have been laid off. management hasnt been tocuhed yet.

since your ex-military check out what civil service jobs are available too.

thanks for looking out guys ...ill do what i can as far as setting myself up for a job before i head out.ill check this thread often to see if theres anything that does turn up. and yes ive been looking at craigslist hawaii fr the past week. so well see thanks all!

With you past military experience you should check out some of the bases. Lots of good GS jobs.
