i live in hawaii kai and went to school in town and jesus im soo sick of traffic
top down isnt too bad but your rolling about 15 mph once you hit h1 and gets even worst when you hit pensicola exit
but for you i would imagine its that much worst

Just leave at 5.. it's seems that 15-20 minutes makes the difference.. but 5:15 traffic is usually at capacity but still moving alright.. B-if you are doing 50MPH in traffic you are flying...just a friendly Hawaiian reminder. :-)

We've been driving the morning traffic since '98. Leaving at 7:30 is sufficiently early to get to town by 8:30. No idea about the travel times for other departure times but its probably similar. As stated earlier if there's rain or an accident, all bets are off. We usually watch channel 49 in the mornings for the traffic cams.
