just stay away from waikiki. Any modified car that enters the area will be pulled over right away (unless you have a recon permit) Ward too, all my friends, including myself have been pulled over for having lowered cars. but as felipe said, leave a little gap (it'll usually keep them away).

forgot about the exhaust thing, put a silencer on, it'll save you some trouble

i took jons old s2k through waikiki before. with the big GT wing. It was in the day time so not many cops out but lots of people busting out their camera phones. lol.
