Funny, I actually said the same thing and wondered if she was merely lip syncing.

It's not lip synced. I've played enough live shows in my life to be able to tell. As far as an accent. when you sing it's fairly easy to mimic something you've heard. Thhink of old green Day songs.. he sound british. think of Eric Clapton.. He sounds American. it was years after I first heard clapton that I realized he was British. But then again.. cocaine can do alot to you. lol

I had no idea Clapton was British

Its true what Collen said, some singer can sign in different languages with perfect accent, but it doesn't mean they speak the language.

by the way, if you read the Korean subtitles. She is not actually Korean, she came from the Philippines just to sing and get famous in Korea. That is her real voice by the way, and the name of the show is called Star King and she apparently broke the show's record.

shes gonna be famous one day.

o i c... ok but the part about the accent. british->american accent or vice versa is doable just like the star of HOUSE is british but speaks with an american accent and i didnt know until i saw him on an interview. but i've heard enough foreign songs and unless they the singer grew up in america or an english speaking country they always had an accent (at least from what i heard) but maybe she grew up with english around her?

This girl is also good...you can hear her accent but it's still not very noticeable unless you really listen.

Maybe I've been hanging around too many Koreans lately to hear the difference.
