Just starting a new project car
Recently bought a 240 from a friend that needed money and so it began
here it is after taking it offraod at campbell in the rain
then picked up a motor and ORC sigle disc clutch and flywheel
buddyclub exhaust came in which is basically just piping
on the car
and my intercooler came in too!!
hopefully i can get the motor in tomorrow and wiring and thursday

nice i wanted one as a beater car...they look like lots of fun.
make sure u put in a kill switch or something, they are just as bad as civics now. (popular to be stolen for parts) :-/

well my goal is pretty low (300whp). im basically just going to upgrade to a t28 i already have my fuel system. i just need suspension but moneys kinda tight during this time of year. i installed a 2-way lsd a week and it creeks like crazy. ohh i need some crazy offset wheels

well i might end up doing a top mount t3/t4 in the future. i just want to get this car running. pulled out the motor the other day and im waiting for more parts. heres some progress pics

did ya get that from zero's?
just some tips, take a look at the oil pan before you start the car. if its dented in even the slightest bit then take it off and pound it out a little cuz during shipping the pan could have been dented in which will cause oil starvation on a perfectly good motor causing it to blow up. its a common thing that people overlook. but if you already knew that or was planning on installing a greddy oil pan or sumthing (available at sonics ) then forget what i said...

yea the sump pickup on the sr is really close to the pan floor. if its pushed in even a tiny bit then the pan floor gets pushed right in to the pickup causing it to starve.

its a s13 blacktop yeah i checked the pan already. i dont think i have the cash for a greddy oil pan right. just got the motor in and harness is done but not on yet. hopefully running by monday
